Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! Plus, the bed felt like sleeping on clouds. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic views over Los Angeles, and the overall structure of the room was splendid. However, the price made it feel like being in a dormitory, which was a minor downside.
Although my stay was not perfect, the hotel had its charms. The rooms, despite certain disappointments, were beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable. However, the layout with the pillars hindered access to the balcony and bed. The service had its ups and downs, with quick offerings in the cafeteria but rude, unfriendly behavior at other times. The location was a mixed bag, great for restaurants but with an unattractive street view. The dining experience had its highlights with attentive staff and good quality food, although more variety could be offered. The facilities were decent, but there were some drawbacks, such as an imperfect layout.
I stayed at this hotel, and it was a mixed experience. The rooms are beautifully designed and well-equipped, but my second-floor room didn't have a balcony. The service by the pool was friendly and helpful, although I struggled to find some operational utilities. The location is excellent, right on Sunset Boulevard, though it can be challenging for taxis to find. The dining experience was pleasant overall, aside from the breakfast options that could use improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with great amenities, a very comfortable bed, and a great view, but it was a bit too dark at night since it was only situated on the 3rd level. The service was top-notch, with staff that reached out to apologize and were very enthusiastic about their eco-friendly approach. The facilities were generally good and well-maintained.
Staying at this hotel was quite the experience! The rooms were great, situated on the 3rd level with a nice view, but they needed more light at night. Despite some pieces falling apart, it felt like a mix of nostalgia from the Jeremy days. The service was exceptional and very eco-friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate us early. The location is awesome, walking distance to plenty of attractions, restaurants, and bars for all budgets. The dining experience was delightful with a friendly staff and great service. Definitely a mixed bag of unique charm and minor hiccups.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were very nice, especially when facing the skyline. The service was top-notch with friendly staff available for any help. The location was amazing, overlooking the city from Sunset Boulevard. Dining at 1 Kitchen had a great vibe although the breakfast options were a bit underwhelming.
The hotel had meticulously clean and beautiful rooms, offering comfort and relaxation for our family discussions. While there was a bit of noise from the air con system, it didn't detract from the overall experience. The service was top-notch, with exceptionally friendly staff who were always willing to assist. The prime location on Sunset Blvd made it convenient for quick Uber pickups, but the insufficient space for guests was a downside. Dining options were satisfying, though more variety would have been welcomed. Overall, a pleasant stay with great value for money.
I had a million-dollar view from my huge room, almost like a suite, overlooking the LA skyline. The hotel is perfectly situated in a prime location on Sunset, close to bars, restaurants, and other landmarks for an amazing exploration experience. Service was top-notch, from the friendly valet to the attentive bartender. The dining experience was delightful with great portions and taste. However, the price may not align with everyone's budget, and the lack of included Wi-Fi could be inconvenient.
The hotel was pretty warm due to the intense sun, located just next door to a service/housekeeping room. While the room was disappointing and had an iPad for ordering room service/laundry, it needed more light as it was too dark at night.
